Roles & Responsibilities
Treasurer

- Ensure appointment of Ladies Wing Treasurer in all Chapters, who will work in collaboration with the Chapter Treasurer. Chapter Ladies Wing Treasurer to open and maintain a separate bank account for the Chapter Ladies Wing.

- Create and maintain a database of vendors, both at the national and local levels. (W.E.F. 1 st March 2021)

- To monitor sponsorships, including receivables and collections.

- To frame and streamline criteria and processes for disbursement of funds.

- Assist Chapters in receiving reimbursements from Apex and ensure that all claims for reimbursement are as per JITO Apex Reimbursement Policy.

- Conduct at least 2 meetings with all Chapter Ladies Wing Treasurers per year.

- Prepare and present a quarterly financial report to the Ladies Wing Apex Committee during every Ladies Wing Apex Committee meeting.
