Mrs. Namrata Sethia , a B.Sc. Economics Hons Graduate from St. Xaviers College, Kolkata has had her schooling  from Modern High School For Girls, Kolkata. With a sterling performance all through her academic life, she did her school and college proud by achieving 1st in school in West Bengal Board of Higher Secondary Examinations and 3^rd in college in the Final of Calcutta University Examinations.  She celebrates her birthday on the 24th of June.

Thereafter she had a one year stint at Netscribes India Pvt Ltd as a Research Associate. In 2012, she did a Certificate Program on Diamond Grading from the Gemological Institute of America.

At present Mrs Sethia is the Co-Founder of Jewels Forum - An Online Venture of B.Sethia & Sons Jewellers dealing in precious jewellery. Apart from having its own dedicated website, Jewels Forum  has also made its mark on various global marketing platforms like Amazon, Ebay, Snapdeal, Flipkart, Voonik, Shopclues, Velvetcase , Wear Your Shine and Gold24. She presently handles pan India Offline Marketing Activities for Jewels Forum. She is happily married to Rishabh Sethia, the director of B Sethia & Sons. They are the proud parents of Rishit & Nyra.

In addition to her business responsibilities, the other feather in her cap is that she is a part-time Professional Tarot Card Reader.
