She has completed her graduation, majoring in Mass communication & Journalism, from Hyderabad. To advance her academic skills, she took a teacher training course as well.

Neha Ji is very passionate about and proficient in making Handicraft items. So good she is at it, that she has taken professional classes, teaching this skill to her students. To do her part for the betterment of the society, she has joined Jito Ladies Wing & South Kolkata Mahila Mandal. She keeps herself very focused to her cause.

Neha Ji is married to Shri Vineet Jain & he is the founder on Varina Fashion. They are manufacturer, trader & supplier of a variety of fashion wear like Anarkali & Bridal Unstitched Salwar Suits In different material like Chanderi Silk, Chiffon, Cotton Embroidered, Cotton Printed, Silk, Crepe, Hand Embroidered, Georgette etc. They have taken part is Jito Exhibitions to showcase their fabulous collection. Mr & Mrs Baid are doting parents of two little girls, Vaanya & Viaana Baid.
