Mrs Sayar Kothari is a proud homemaker & the chairperson of International Division of South Kolkata Mahila Mandal. She is also an active member of the Jito Ladies Wing. She was born & brought in Kolkata & celebrates her birthday on the 12^th of January.

Her hobbies include watching films, doing craft work, swimming, walking & Yoga. As a pious Jain, she loves to do worship recitals.

Sayar ji is happily married to Shri Ranjit Kothari, the proprietor of Kothari Metals Ltd. His company has steadily emerged as the leading importer & supplier of Non-ferrous metals. Their products also include Silicon Metal, Magnesium Metal, Manganese Metal, Primary Nickel, Tin Ingot, Ferro Boron, Ferro Vanadium, Ferro Silicon, L/C Ferro Chrome, Antimony Metal, Calcium Silicide, Copper, Bismuth, Ferro Silico Magnesium, Chromium and Misch Metal etc. Ranjit Ji is associated with the South Kolkata Sabha. The loyal couple are proud parents of Unnati, Pragati & Vikas. Pragati & Unnati are settled in marital bliss, while Vikas ji is the director of Kothari Metal ltd. He is a member of Bengal Rowing Club, Calcutta Club, Hindustan Club and Taj Bengal.
