Mrs Shilpa Baid celebrates her birthday on the 6^th of February. On the academic front, she is a commerce graduate.

She is very passionate about cooking different kinds of cuisine. She has showcased her wonderful delicacies in various exhibitions & has catered to party orders of maximum 25 people, till now.  Shilpa Ji has done home delivery of home cooked Sandesh & also aces in Indian, Mexican, Italian & various other kinds of Chaats.

Silpa ji is the Treasurer of COWE [CONFEDERATION OF WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS] of the west Bengal chapter. She has always been associated with Women empowerment and women self-reliance organisations. She is the member of Purvanchal Mahila Mandal and Akhil Bhartiya Mahila Mandal and has recently joined JITO Ladies Wing to support this cause. On her spare time, Shilpa ji loves to socialise & play different sports like Cricket, Badminton & Carrom.

She is happily married to Shri Ajay Baid, the MD of DBCB Realty. For more than 5 decades, they have been in the line of real estate, working across on direct and independent efforts. Mrs Baid is the proud mother of Harshita & Nirman. Harshita is a national level Basketball Player and has represented our state a lot of times in various tournaments. Currently she is pursuing her graduation from THE BESC. Nirman is a student of class 10, in Heritage School.
