She is a master hand in home & societal duty balancing. With this forte of hers, she joined the Sadhar Sheher Parishad & is also an active member of Lions Club & Jito Ladies Wing. She believes in service before self and is always at the fore front to help the needy. Kalpana ji takes a keen interest in travelling, music, dancing & cooking.

She is blissfully married to Shri Pramod Dugar, the director of Indian Gem & Jeweller creations. The amazing partnership that his company shares with forever mark, has enabled it to reach new heights. Behind this achievement is sixty years of generational hard work, which took their business from a small jewellery showroom to the legendary name that it is today!
