About Rashika Jain
Rashika Jain is a hardcore academician & a gold medallist in MBA (marketing) from Great Lakes, Chennai and BTech PESIT, Bangalore.
She is also a certified Digital Marketer & has recently graduated from the Stanford Seed Program. As a highly intelligent & ambitious young girl, she started her entrepreneurial journey after learning the ropes from her first job as a KEY Accounts manager in Bharti Airtel. She had the privilege to work with the ITC group, Emami, Spencer’s, Berger Paints, and more.
Venturing on her own eventually, she started “Video Factory”. Her journey towards passion & dreams for videos started with a team of two. With hard work they grew into 25+ team members of passionate people! Since then, she has proudly created 15,000+ minutes of animations for around 500+ clients. She has instilled the same vision into her Team & Built visual awareness among communities. Her company is the pioneer in making amazing, animated explainer videos for their happy clients.
Rashika Ji is associated with various organisations like Young Indians by CII, Rotary Club of Calcutta Mahanagar, TIE, NASSCOM 10k start-ups and Ambuja Neotia's Neotec Hub.
She is happily married to Mr Sahil Jain, who has been in the plywood industry for more than 25 years. Their wide varieties of product offerings include plywood, laminates, veneers, doors, and solid surface. They have branches in all the major cities in India. Their clientele include interior decorators, architects, builders, and end consumers who are building their dream homes and offices. He is associated with the BNI and JITO.
